WordPress vs Blogger: Feature Comparison

The Hidden Cost of "Free" Blogger

Blogger is free, but the real costs are invisible:

• →No ownership: Google can delete your blog at any time for any reason. No appeal.
• →Limited monetization: Only AdSense and affiliate links. No digital products, courses, or services.
• →No plugins: No caching, no SEO tools, no contact forms, no email capture. You get what Google gives.
• →Stuck design: ~100 basic templates. Cannot customize beyond colors and fonts.
• →No e-commerce: Cannot sell products. No WooCommerce equivalent.
• →Subdomain by default: yourblog.blogspot.com looks unprofessional. Custom domain costs extra.
